Recycle your rabbit vibrator with Love Honey!

Recycle your rabbit vibrator with Love Honey!

Oh yes, we talk about it all over here at Zero Waste Towers. Last year we told you why green men were more sexy. With temperatures soaring in the UK, everyone’s testosterone is increasing and more and more of us are bouncing in the boudoir to beat the recession blues, so it’s time for a little adult talk.

Now, if you’re a good little zero waster, you’ll know that all your electronic and electrical equipment carrying the crossed out wheelie bin symbol is what’s known as WEEE.

How do you dispose of WEEE? If you’ve no idea what I’m talking about, you need to brush up on your homework over on our ‘WEEE (electronic goods)‘ page.

LoveHoney Rabbit Amnesty

What you might not know, is that WEEE includes your sex toys! So keep those bunnies out of the bin, good people!

If you’re wondering why a rabbit would end up in the landfill, I share this extract from wikipedia with you “Rabbit vibrator or Jack Rabbit vibrator or Jessica Rabbit vibrator is a vibrating and rotating sex toy… The name of the device is derived from the fact that [it] looks like a pair of rabbit ears.”

Come on, keep up …

The trouble is, how many of you are going to take your old vibrator to the local recycling facility? Hands up? No, I thought so. It’s not quite the same as tossing your bedside clock in there, while the OAP next to you is struggling to put his black and white portable TV into the right receptacle, is it?

Fortunately, help is on hand with the LoveHoney Rabbit Amnesty. You don’t need to wield your rabbit around red-faced in public and ask where the WEEE recycling skip is any more.

Cleaner, greener orgasms

If you have an unwanted, out dated, unloved or  worn out (how did you manage that) rabbit vibrator in your bedside cabinet, you can rescue it from landfill and save yourself embarrassment with the help of Love Honey.

Simply sign the rabbit amnesty pledge to keep our land green and bunny friendly, send your old retired Rabbit vibrator to LoveHoney and they will recycle all they can <the mind bogglesk>, and responsibly dispose of any unusable parts.

In addition, £1 will be donated to the World Land Trust for the charity’s tropical forest land purchase and protection projects on your behalf AND, the best news is, you’ll get a new rabbit vibrator for half price!

So there you go; recession busting, good old fashioned fun without anything for the landfill!

It’s ok; I don’t expect any comments today or any of your to share your experiences …

Oh, go on then.

One of the great things about your website is that you really do cover many different recycling problems. And on occasion, things that a lot of us wouldn’t think about!
