Mrs Green

I am a long time supporter of the Green and Sustainable lifestyle. After being caught in the Boscastle floods in 2004, our family begun a journey to respect and promote the importance of Earth's fragile ecosystem, that focussed on reducing waste. Inspired by the beauty and resourcefulness of this wonderful planet, I have published numerous magazine articles on green issues and the author of four books.

Oh Dear what can the matter be? Dear dear what can the matter be? Oh dear what can the matter be? Our weigh in’s a total nightmare. Our graph is going to be doing an acute rise this week due to a thorough clearing out of my kitchen cupboards a couple of days ago. Why […]

Filed in Blog by on July 21, 2008 • 26 Comments

Freecycle, you just have to love it, dontcha? If you’ve not heard of it, then Freecycle is the brain child of Deron Beal. Deron lives in Tucson, Arizona and one particularly inspired afternoon he was coming up with cunning solutions to the amount of landfill the company he worked for, used to generate.
