And the winner is……..

Last month we ran a competition to win a copy of Pete May’s “There’s a hippo in my cistern”. You can read my review of the book here. We asked you to confess your green sins to us to be in with a chance of winning this, and what a load of sinners you are.
Never mind, we forgive you all because none of us are perfect and we’re all learning together. As a good friend said to me the other week, there is no black and white when it comes to ethical issues, just varying shades of Green.
We usually share the winning answer on this announcement page, but this confession was just so big, so huge, so landfill swelling that our winner begged us not to tell anyone in exchange for actually going and dealing with this very messy scenario.
We believe him and we hope you do too. Al Tepper, you are now proud owner of this wonderful work of literacy skill and we hope you’ve kept to your side of the bargain 😉
Congratulations and enjoy the read!
HURRAH! I never win anything!!! Fabulous!!! Thanks so much 🙂 I have now rectified the problem by the way so my conscience is clear 🙂
Hey Al, well you need to change that mindset because it is no longer true. The new Al is a winner, and not a sinner! Glad the conscience is clear, now you can put your feet up and enjoy a good read 🙂
Now you’ve put it right, you should share it with us so we can judge whether of not you were justified in our shame 😉
Aaaaarrghh typos! “or not” and “your shame” !! Sorry, slap dash typing and a sticky ‘y’!
