I have just had my birthday lunch at http://www.scarlethotel.co.uk/index.asp. It is a simply amazing Luxury Eco hotel in Cornwall.
Food was superb. The hotel amazing. Worth checking their website. They believe in Recycle, Reuse and Recycle and try hard to reduce their carbon footprint.
