zero waste week sign up 2014You know that sinking feeling you get when you know you SHOULD be doing something, but you don’t know where to start?

Or that sense that you really ought to be putting positive changes in place but it all feels too much?

Imagine you decided to run the next marathon. Would you wake up one morning and run 26 miles to see how you got on?

Probably not.

You’d do a bit of reading on the Internet and gather some running tips, perhaps ask an expert or hire a trainer and you’d start with just a 3 mile run to make sure you were doing it right and didn’t burn yourself out or injure yourself.

Whether you’re slimming your waist or slimming your waste – it’s no different.

So if YOU’VE been thinking you really ought to reduce the amount you send to landfill, you want to save money, you’re feeling overwhelmed about the state of the planet right now or you’re just looking for something to get stuck into once the kids go back to school, don’t worry – Mrs Motivator is here!

Yes, Zero Waste Week 2014 starts 1st September.

It’s a week-long bootcamp for your bins and I promise it’s a LOT of fun.

Every day for a week you’ll get an email from me and together we’ll tackle one waste stream per day.

By the end of the week you’ll have picked up loads of hints and tips, you’ll have done some decluttering, put some good habits in place and you’ll be enjoying that warm fuzzy feeling you get when you’ve achieved something you’ve been procrastinating about for ages. If you’re active on Facebook and Twitter, you’ll have met some new friends too.

After that you’ll get one monthly newsletter until Zero Waste Week 2015 when the bootcamp starts again.
